Media and telecommunications law

The firm has developed a particular in depth knowledge in media and telecommunications law and counts among its customers some of the foremost radio and television broadcasters and duly assists in all aspects of their business activities. In this field of expertise the Firm deals with the drawing up of agreements which regulate the relationship between employees and business partners, it also manages relations with the authorities, represents broadcasters in legal proceedings relating to aspects pertaining to competition (in particular problems related to network access and advertising), and it handles disputes arising from regulatory conflicts regarding the "Autorità Garante delle Telecomunicazioni", which is the regulator and competition authority for the communication industries in Italy.
